I opened a business account in 2016, six months later I added partners to the account and during this transaction the banker had showed us all of my partners personal banking information. This made my partner feeling embarassed and violated and left another partner refusing to bank with Wellsfargo. I have been given mis-information that has cause me to have to close and re-open an account and have had to call the main location in downtown St. Cloud because there was no manager at the Sartell Branch during this time to handle this situation. I have also had several deposits where errors were made on the bank side and I was later sent letters to inform me that an error was made on the bank side and that my account was being credited the difference. (pictured below is the most recent one) I have also been in there on several occasions where the staff conversations have been personal and unprofessional. I have banked with Wells Fargo since 1993. I have never had so many issues until I started doing transactions at the Sartell branch. This has been such a disapointment to someone who has been with this company as long as I have. I will no longer bank with a branch or company I can trust.
