I want to start off by saying I really don't know much about cars, but Derrick Ruben has been the most helpful & compassionate person I have met so far in this industry. He helped me straighten out my tire situation in no time on my 2014 Cadillac ATS. The price was great and waiting time was nothing at all. If this is how they conduct business i suppose I will be back. I say that because, as a mechanic myself I do all of my own work but must farm out alignment jobs due to lack of equipment. Derrick & Josh (manager) were awesome. And they beat anyone else around with prices.
