5-Star Experience in every way ! I went into the Pine Cone Road Sprint store today after having gotten my phone wet in a lake and was helped by a sales professional named Chris, what a 5-Star Experience he gave me ! I would recommend this store and Chris to everyone!
Absolutely a joke. I went in to activate 2 phones they said they couldn't help us because my husband wasn't there with his DL license. My name is on the acct. I have all the passwords and pins for our acct. Still denied helping us. Went home live chatted and had them activated in 10 mins.No DL needed!! Your DL policy is a security joke. When I had pin passwords and my name is on one of the phones.
Went to this store at 9:20 am because online it says the store opened at 9. But actually they open at 10. First bummer. So did some grocery shopping and headed back, at 10:03, door is still locked. Truck pulls up, sprint employee gets out, I greet him with a "good morning". Nothing. Then "we are ready to be your first customers" Nothing. Eye contact definitely made. He unlocked the door with me standing right there and walked in letting the door shut behind him. WHAT???? Ugh. I left immediately and drove an extra 15 min to the Waite Park location. Not sure if they make commission on sales, but I do hope they do.
I have been to this store multiple times. I have yet to encounter an experience lasting under at least an hour and a half. I can't remember the last time that I came to the store and didn't have to make a second trip back, due to a mistake they made. Overall they seem nice at the store, when they make silly mistakes like accidentally swapping my phone number over to another phone on my plan they will not help me over the phone. Therefore I have to make another trip back.
