As I'm sitting here going on 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line as a walk-in customer who pre-ordered his food 20 minutes before he showed up. I realize that the staff inside does not understand to prioritize the traffic that blocks your parking lot. So as a walk-in customer you are not only forced to wait 10 minutes to pull into your parking lot to get the food we ordered 20 minutes before we show up we must also now wait 30 which I can assume will only be 50 plus minutes because there are still 11 cars in front of me. Do not come here if you expect fast service and good food I fear you will get neither
This is the only pizza place i go where i can say "dairy allergy" and they get it. I really appreciate being able to get a cheese free pizza with no accidental cross contamination. Thank you to the staff who are so understanding!!
They make the food pretty fast, only a few times it was slower than it should be. Food is ok, but they have more options now and the price is good.
Don't feel like cooking & think stopping by Sartell Little Caesars will be quick & easy?! Nope! The parking lot is TINY so once you get in line you can't change your mind & get out of line. The last 3 times I went here I sat in line for 20+ minutes. The first 2 times I sat in line for that long only to get to the window and was told their credit card machine was down & only accepting cash. Not cool! The 3rd & final time I will ever go to Sartell LC I sat in line for 20 whole freaking minutes. Thankfully their credit card machine worked. But it looked like they were SUPER short staffed which caused the obscene wait time. I can just go home & cook dinner in the time it takes to get a pizza here. :(
The pizza is very good for the price! Nice staff when you're in the drive thru.
