Super clean park and really well kept up. People are pretty nice too. Probably the best park around the St. Cloud area.
This is a wonderfully close knit community. Yes, you can certainly maintain privacy, yet enjoy fun social gatherings throughout the year as one big family. I've been here for 14 years, and I love it here. Especially our Evergreen office personal and grounds keepers. Great place for children too.
