Manager is rude and untruthful. Assistant on the phone is also not truthful. These people will do anything, and I do mean anything, to take your storage money and not provide with you with honest service. For example, they’ll claim you rented a unit when you didn’t, and make up stories so they can charge for ‘late’ payments, etc. After weeks of wrangling, I managed to get the charges removed but they should never have been on there to begin with. Be wary, people, and be very afraid when doing business with this branch.
Nice units, but kind of expensive. Not fenced in lot
Everything from customer service to the units themselves is average. Units are taller than you may find elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. They will screw you if they can. Nothing wrong with penske just the people who work here. Very unprofessional.
