The other part that's even more sad...I'm laying in bed at 3:45 am writing this because my knees are in so much pain. never got to get them looked at.
She told me I could take the urine sample and pregnancy test today and then have to do it again in two weeks and two more after that.

(I thoughtIf I was given the correct information in the first place I'd have gone the day I called that was actually the correct day I was supposed to go.) But, I agreed and sat down...then thought... Im done with this place. My insurance isn't cheap, for how I was treated, and for how many times this same situation has happened. I decided to leave and never come back. My kids and I will go a doctor in St. Michael near our home from now on.
The receptionists on the other hand (except the older lady with grayish hair and a raspy voice...she is so helpful and amazing. Never a bad attitude) they always have attitudes and or are crabby. They also have a hard time setting up proper appointments, especially ones that are time sensitive.
Yesterday (11/15/17) I went in for an appointment that I scheduled the day before (11/14/17) in which they told me I needed to come in today or tomorrow (meaning yesterday) for my injections. I also have knee issues that I needed to be seen for as well. I also have been out of the country in August when I got married and was told I can't get pregnant for at least 6 months after due to a mosquito virus that could cause birth issues...
I wouldn't let these people treat split ends. I'm not sure about their doctors care, but their front desk reception people are so rude they about had me jumping out of my skin. Their appointment scheduling is decades behind and you receive 0 confirmation of appointments made!
Sartell Health Partners... I depend on your office to get things right so I can plan my life or plan my life around what you tell me. I can't do that when I am given wrong information. I made a plan with my kids doctor and a plan with mine they know me and my kids well and our life. Now I have to start all over just because I'm tired of dealing with incompetent, rude receptionists that make my office visits harder than the should be.
My kids and I have been going to this location for at least 5 years. I think the doctors are all amazing and are actually the only reason I have gone back. I lived in St. Cloud when I first started going to this location. I moved to Robbinsdale and still drove all the way to Sartell for our appointments. Now I live in St. Michael and have a doctor I can go to 2 miles away...I still go see my doctor at the Sartell clinic. Dr. Ally Wells and Dr. Iqbal have been amazing to our family over the years through many things. I'm so grateful for them. Thank you.
I've had both Dr. Baker and Hightower-Hughes with my pregnancies love them. All 7 of our children see Dr.Iqbal great with children especially if you have one that cries every time you go. My husband sees Dr. Murray he listens to Dave's and my concerns and works with Dave on his concerns.
Long story short. I work 8 min away at the court house and when I left I called to let them know I'm running late. They said it was OK as long as I wasn't more than 15 min late. Got there in 10 but had to wait for the receptionist to stop small talking with someone who worked there. Got to the desk and she told me I was too late for my appointment. I explained to her I at least need my injection for my birth control being it was the last day I could get it and I was even more stressed out due to the fact I was told before my last appointment there I can't get pregnant for 6 months. She told me actually my last day was the day before ( the morning I called to set up the appointment) and I couldn't get it and have to start all over. I told her that's not an option I can't get pregnant due to the birth issues. She told me...
Pretty pathetic receptionist skills. They hire incompetent people who make all kinds of scheduling errors and then on the day of your appointment, they call and cancel on you and have attitude when you express your concerns about hiring qualified people or at least properly training them. I won't be using these people for any medical concerns. Hopefully they get their act together because based on the other reviews, they seem to fail more often than not.
