Didn't wait long for my appt. Just the right amount of time for a specialist. Sara helped check me out and set up an mri that day for me as we traveled 2 hrs to. Very easy to schedule whay needs to be and Sara was a pleasure to work with. Great experience at St. Cloud Orthopedics.
Not a good experience so far my elderly friend needs a hip replacement he was told he couldn't get in until March and that he should cut back on his pain meds. He is in severe pain, can hardly walk and they don't seem to care. Heart breaking to see this elderly gentleman go through this!!
Amazingly quick service! I was called from the waiting room two minutes before my appointment. The transition time from the nurse taking my information and vitals until the Dr. walk into the room was less than five minutes. I was escorted to x-ray where I waited less than five minutes. I was escorted back to the room - again, less than a five minute wait for the Dr. The next day when I went back for a MRI I never even made it to the waiting room. I filled out some forms, was escorted to the MRI area, the tech was waiting for me when I came out of the gowning area.
Not a good experience for my first time here. My apt was at 1:10, and I did not get out of their until 3:00... My knee was first examined from the doctors assistant, after she was done twisting, turning, and pushing on my knee, then the doctor came and did the exact same things his assistant just did. This put my knee in more pain than when I arrived there... As far as staff goes they were not friendly at all, and made me feel I was faking my injury. I hope to never have to go back there!
Checked out last week with my wife after seeing Dr. McCann and the check out gal Sarah was wonderful. She has a great personality for her position and people. The company should be proud to have that kind of person. Not many places have someone like her.
