First of all, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office setting is really nice.
The doctor took a lot of time to talk to me and put me at ease explaining the procedures that I needed She did not pressure me at all to do the treatment. I am losing a broken tooth and we talked about all the options to replace it after the extraction. She explained in details about having a bridge or an implant and a crown.
OveralI, I had a very pleasant experience and I recommend them.
This is in addition to my post prior like 1.5 years ago about. My filling that had the bad experience and wrong persons prescription.... that filling just came out last week !!!!! Time to get it done at medical arts dental and done correctly
Their fees are pretty good compared to other places. I'm usually scared of going to the dentist...They said something about sedation for the surgery. I'm looking into it.
Few weeks ago, I was seen by a woman dentist at artistic smile for an exam.
Let's start with the basics. Clean and welcoming reception area. Never cramped or overfilled which is nice. The staff is friendly yet a bit overwhelmed. Overall it is what you would expect for a dental office. Next, I have been visiting this office for about 3 years now for basic cleaning and the occasional cavity filled. As far as basic servicing goes the dentist is great. The hygienists are friendly and efficient. My favorite part of my experience here is that when I do get cavities filled I barely even notice that they gave me a shot of Novocain! I have had horrible experiences at other places of dentist numbing the wrong area or being short and cold in their interactions. Both dentists I have had have been positive and great at what they do!
The dentist I had when I went is no longer there. They dropped my insurance within those six months. The receptionist was short and rude about the insurance I had and they will no longer "deal" with that kind anymore. Besides, the work I had done is already needing to be fixed I'm glad I didn't get a crown here.
Staff is very friendly and I loved the dental hygienist. However the dentists there are like a revolving door. Every 6 months I go there it is a new one with different recommendations/findings. Last one I had filled a cavity that he said had been there for 4 years. He said all the previous dentists didn't know what they were doing. After it was filled I had to go back to have it filed down. I still have pain in it 8 months later. I've since left Artistic Smile.
