Very professional and friendly. Made going to the dentist a positive experience. Explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I'd recommend them to anyone.
If you have a life outside going to the dentist, this practice is not for you. I scheduled appointments for my whole family with only a week in advance, odd, I thought, for having that many openings for new patient appointments, but I took them. My whole family came down with the flu, so I had to call in the day before appointments and reschedule. I kept my kids' appointments and brought them in. I was still not feeling the best, but didn't want to cancel their appointments, as they were feeling better. When I arrived, they informed me that they could not see our family because of too many last minute cancellations and rescheduling. I told them, again, that our family had the flu, and I obviously would not want to come in and get their office sick. They still said they would not be able to see our family and I left with my kids. I found them to be very unprofessional and rude. If they had a problem after any of the cancellations, they should have told me then, instead of waiting for me to bring in my 4 and 2-year-olds only to find out we wouldn't be seen.
I have been a patient with Dr Mike and his dental family for 10 years now. I have had so many problems with my teeth in my lifetime, that the dentist is not usually a person I look forward to visiting. However, Dr Mike and his staff are so warm and welcoming. They really make me and my entire family feel like we are in excellent hands. They do great work, and I have recommended them over and over to my family and friends.
Very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Lawson is great! The office is modern and well kept. I would recommend Lawson Family Dental to anyone!
